• Ensure follow-up of import files (maritime, air or road depending on needs). Organize and coordinate logistics operations with the various stakeholders (clients, carriers, forwarders, customs, etc.). Check the compliance of shipping and import documents. Enter and update information in computer tools (including Cargowise). Provide regular reporting to the operations manager.

• Training: BAC +2 in logistics, transport or international trade. Confirmed experience in a similar position, ideally in import flow management. Good knowledge of customs procedures and import documents. Rigor, customer service sense and responsiveness. Mastery of Cargowise appreciated.
